Nora Arvilene Skiles Penney, 76, of Soddy-Daisy passed away Sunday, may 4, 2008 at a local health care facility. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was formally employed at Kayser and Roth Hosiery Mill. She was preceded in death by her Husband; Cecil Penney, Parents; Charles and Hester Harvey.
She is survived by her sons; Charles Skiles, and Wesley Skiles of Dayton Leonard Skiles, of Soddy-Daisy, Dennis Skiles of Dayton, Marvin Skiles of Red Bank, daughter; Glenda Skiles of Soddy-Daisy, sisters; Dorthy Hickman and Barbara Wallace of Dayton, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 2:30 P.M. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Tommy Levi officiating. Interment will follow in Harvey Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4-9 P.M.
