January 11, 1932 - February 11, 2008
William “Bill” Edward Hickman, 76, of Hixson passed away Monday, February 11, 2008 at a local hospital. He was of the Baptist Faith. Bill and his wife Kathy were married for 33 years. He worked for Vincent Printing for over 25 years, and retired from Erwin Marina. He was preceded in death by his parents; Arthur and Ethel Hickman, brothers; Clyde, Tom, Jack, sister; Janie, ands a grandson; Joshua Hickman.
He is survived by his wife; Kathy Emerling Hickman, daughter; Hollie Willocks and son-in-law Todd Willocks, son; Wayne Hickman, loving granddaughter; Carly Gail Willocks, brothers; Raymond, John, Carroll, sisters; Jewell Dean, Lucille, Opal Ruth, LaDonna, and Juanita.
Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Wilburn Hardyman officiating. Interment will follow the service at Hamilton Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 4-9 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. The family sends many thanks to Hospice of Chattanooga for their love and support.
