Rosalee Neighbors, 83, of Chattanooga, TN, a native of Soddy-Daisy, TN, passed away Monday, September 2, 2013. She was a lifelong member of the Church of God and a current member of Christ Family Church. She loved Gospel Music. Rosalee retired from Erlanger North after nineteen years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Bertha Lasley; sisters, Vereniah Clements, Lavada McCroskey, Silvia Burrows; brothers, Claudis “Bud” Lasley, Jewel “Doc” Lasley, Charles Lasley and Robert “Bobby” Lasley.
Rosalee is survived by her son, Ken (Sharon) Neighbors of Soddy-Daisy; daughters, Sharon (Tom) Shirley of Soddy-Daisy, Shelia (Tony) Creasman of Hixson; brother, Thomas “JR” (Crystal) Lasley of Soddy-Daisy; sister, Dorothy (Virgil) Lewis of Soddy-Daisy; grandchildren, Dewayne Neighbors, Mike (Tracey) Creasman, Candi (Stephen) Vickers, Brandon Shirley, Tom (Nekey) Shirley; thirteen great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
The funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Quillen Thurman and Rev. Joe Sanchez officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday.
