Raymond Sutherland, 75, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away at home on Monday, September 13, 2015 after a hard fought battle surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Mattie Sutherland and 10 siblings.
Raymond was always willing to help anyone and never met a stranger. He will be missed by many special friends.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Grant Sutherland; daughter, Faith (Paul) Jordan; sons, Teddy (Paula) Sutherland and Rick (Megan) Sutherland; grandchildren, Randy and Paige Jordan, Daniel and Caitlin Sutherland and Fox Sutherland; two sisters and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Grant Chauncey officiating and masonic service by the Daisy Masonic Lodge #706 F&AM. Visitation is Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
