  [S16] Obituary. January 10, 1939 - December 3, 2008 Imogene C. Scoggins, 69, of Hixson passed away Wednesday, December 03, 2008 at a local hospital. She was a member of Life Gate Baptist Church and was retired fro Shaw Industries. She was preceded in death by her daughter; Wanda Alice Hayes, step-son; Paul Scoggins III. She is survived by her husband; Paul Scoggins, son; Roy L. Cansler of Sweetwater, daughters; Sherry Faye Scoggins of Soddy-Daisy, Mary Evelyn Reynolds of Ringgold, GA., Paula Christine Smith of Dalton, GA., Edith Carol Jackson of Hixson, brother; Robert G. Cansler of Sweetwater,21 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Friday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor James Dunn officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton County Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 5-9 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
