  [S16] Obituary. May 15, 1928 - April 3, 2012 Wanda Eustice Phillips, 83, of Soddy-Daisy, TN, passed away, Tuesday, April 3, 2012. She was a lifelong member of the Daisy United Methodist Church and was a very active member of the Quilting Club there at the Church. Ms. Phillips retired after fifty one years of service from the State of Tennessee Department of Employment Security. She was preceded in death by her husband of forty six years, Roger W. Phillips and her parents, Harry and Isabelle Eustice. She is survived by three children, Roger W. Phillips, Jr. and his wife Kim, Janet A. Phillips, Gregory A. Phillips and his wife, Jane; her brothers, Harry Eustice, and Rex Eustice; her sister, Jean Phillips and her grandchildren, Derek, Will, Colin and Shea-Noelle. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, April 5, 2012, at the Daisy United Methodist Church, with Rev. Don Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Presbyterian Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M.
