  [S16] Obituary. Virginia Sue Ottinger, 75, of Dayton, died Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015, at Hospice of Chattanooga She was a resident of Rhea County for 40 years and was of the Church of God faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Irene Cannon Bilbrey; husband, James Ottinger; and brother, Elbert Jr. Bilbrey. Survivors include her brothers, Floyd Bilbrey and Hubert Bilbrey, both of Soddy Daisy, Tenn.; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2015, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Carroll officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant View Cemetery.
