Stanley Clift
Stanley G. Clift, 45, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away Thursday, Feb. 19, 2009 at his home.
He was member of New Life Baptist Church. He worked for the Soddy-Daisy Recreation Department for several years and retired from the Walden Ridge Utility District. He was an avid sportsman and loved to coon hunt. He was preceded in death by his father, Gene Clift.
He is survived by his wife, Vonnie Clift; sons, David and Greg Everett; daughter, Ashley Rogers; mother and stepfather, Josephine and Claude Lemons; brother, Steve Clift; sisters, Star Corbet, Debbie Clift, Cindy Pritchett; grandsons, Chris, Braxton and Elijah.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Ray Dotson and the Rev. Paul Forgey officiating.
Interment will be in Dodd Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 2-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
