She was preceded in death by her parents, Sarah and Manuel Scott and sister, Sheila Scott Cooper. Survivors include her husband, Rodney Lamar Higgins; children, Heath (Sara) Scott, Scotty Higgins and Ann Higgins; grandchildren, Hayden Scott, Garrett Scott, Jacob Higgins, Jarred Meyners, Jamel Higgins and Breanna Higgins; brothers, Manuel B. Scott, Craig A. Scott and Eric P. Scott. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 30, 2012 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
