October 15, 1939 - February 3, 2014
Kenneth H. Johnson, 74, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2014.
He was an Evangelist of the Church of God, and a member of the Grace Sanctuary Church of God Prophecy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Ella Johnson and a son, DeWayne Johnson.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Janet Johnson; son, Mitchell Johnson of Decatur, TN; daughters, Terri Johnson (Vance) Hughes, Karen (Billy) Webb, both of Decatur, TN; Step-children, Eric (Pam) Wood, Carol (Danny) Wilbanks, Adam Swanner; special friend, Gene Standridge; twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, February 7, 2014, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Sam Sampson and Rev. Hebert Chancey officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Decatur, TN. Visitation is 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, February 6, 2014, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Mitchell Johnson, Eli Johnson, Ethan Johnson, Jason Hughes, Travis Johnson and Bruce Morgan; honorary pallbearers will be Billy Webb, Vance Hughes, Danny Wilbanks and Gene Standridge.
