  [S16] Obituary. May 18, 1926 - March 14, 2012 Henrietta McWilliams Millsaps, 85, of Red Bank died Wednesday March 14, 2012 after suffering from Alzheimer’s disease for several years. She was a member of Red Bank Methodist Church. Previously she was a member of Daisy Methodist church where she sang in the choir, sang in a trio, was a soloist and taught Sunday school. She formed a chapter of Miracle Book Club, a Bible Study group for teen agers, in her home in Daisy. She was born in Daisy, TN and attended Daisy Elementary and graduated from Soddy Daisy High School Class of 1944. After graduation, she was employed by Kingsboro Silk Mills in Daisy as an office worker. When this operation closed, she moved to work for the Ahlstrom Corporation as a Bookkeeper. She retired from Ahlstrom in 1996 at the age of 70. She was married to William (Bill) Thomas Millsaps who was also from Daisy. They resided on Elm Street in Chattanooga until Bill passed away in 2007. They enjoyed traveling in the Tennessee, Georgia and North Carolina area. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas William Millsaps, and her parents, Henry and Nellie McWilliams. Survivors include her sister, Kathleen McWilliams Bowman and husband Cornelius of Sale Creek, TN; brother William (Buddy) McWilliams and wife Martha of Lawrenceville, GA; Nieces, Kathy Bowman Ross of Sale Creek and Jeanne Bowman Overbay of Knoxville; Nephew, Mark McWilliams of Cumming, GA. Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 17th at 2:00 PM in the at Williamson and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Don Lasley officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin prior to the service at 11:30 am.
