Gerald Dejuan Ricketts, 46, of Soddy-Daisy passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at a local hospital. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his daughter; Valerie Ricketts, brother; Allen Ricketts, sister; Elaine Ricketts, and his grandparents.
He is survived by his mother; Joyce Black, father; Larry Ricketts, brothers; Randall Ricketts, Larry Ricketts III, sister; Cory Oyler, special niece; Brittney Ricketts, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Varner Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 2-9 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
