  [S16] Obituary. March 4, 1914 - June 11, 2009 Geneva Emma Patterson, 95, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on June 11, 2009, at a local health care facility. She was a member of Soddy-Daisy First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Patterson; parents, John R. and Flora Davis; brothers, Paul and Mancel Davis; sisters, Catherine Shadwick and Joyce Smith. She is survived by sisters, Almeda Davis, Elsea Hall and Mildred Smith, all of Soddy-Daisy, and several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Donna Shadwick, Dr. Jarl, and the Soddy-Daisy Health Care Staff, especially Judy Plemons and Wanda Bice. The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 15, 2009, in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Seton Tomyn officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. Her nephews will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m., Sunday, June 14, 2009, at the funeral home.
