  [S16] Obituary. December 3, 1929 - July 10, 2015 Elsie Venus Coots, 85, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away Friday, July 10, 2015. She was a member of the North Hixson Church of God. Ms. Coots was a former employee of Dixie Yarns in Lupton City. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Aaron Green and Herman Coots. Elsie is survived by three sons, Carl Green, Cleburn Green and Wendell Green; a brother, Dewayne Bice; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, July 12, 2015 at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Bishop Rick Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Poe Cemetery. Visitation is 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
