  Obituary for Ethel Penney From: The Chattanooga Times (pg 7) Monday, April 20, 1953 Penney - Mrs. Ethel, widow of the late Frank Penney, died at herresidence, Route 1, Hixson, Tennessee, at 7:30 o'clock Sunday night. Shewas a member of the Dividing Ridge Church of God 23 years. Surviving areone daughter, Miss Junia Penney, Hixson, Tennessee; sister, Mrs. G. W.Holcomb, Hixson; four brothers, W. M. Raulston, Z. T.
