  [S16] Obituary. March 11, 1928 - May 26, 2013 Theodore “Ted” Crutchfield, 85, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2013 at home. He was retired from DuPont, and he was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Bryan Crutchfield. He is survived by daughters, Tot (Jack) McClain of Soddy-Daisy, Jayne (Mike) Clarkson of Graysville, Becki (J.C.) Wilson of Soddy-Daisy, Kimberly (Greg) Lawson of Athens; brother, Ed Crutchfield of Highpoint, Georgia; grandchildren, T. J. Cummings, Jackie Freelend, Brandi Hogan, Casey McClain; great grandchildren, Aleigha Hogan, McClain Freeland, Jamison Hogan; and nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 29, 2013, in the funeral home chapel with Claude HoBack officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors.
