  [S16] Obituary. August 19, 1952 - December 13, 2012 Melvin Leon Bowman, 60, of Flat Top Mountain, TN, passed away Thursday, December 13, 2012. Leon was of the Baptist Faith. He had a great sense of humor, he loved to hunt and fish, and he loved building all sorts of items. He was preceded in death by his father Milford Bowman, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Lola Bowman; brother, Junior (Etta) Bowman; sisters, Sondra (Fred) Stephens, Connie (Terry) Ramsey; aunt, Evalena Carney; uncle, Clyde Bowman; four nieces, three great-nephews and several cousins. Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time, Sunday, December 16, 2012, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, with Reverend Carl Hunsucker and Reverend J.D. Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in Bowman Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday from 5:00 P.M. TO 8:00P.M. at the funeral home. Condolences and memories may be shared at www.williamsonandsons.com.
