  [S16] Obituary. April 26, 1926 - October 18, 2016 Dorothy W. Gibson, 90, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2016. She was a member of the Daisy Church of God. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Gibson; parents, Annie and Ben Williams; sister, Pauline Carlisle and brother Cecil Williams. Survivors are her son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie E. Gibson, Sr. and Sue Gibson; grandsons, Ronnie E. Gibson, Jr. and Michael Gibson; granddaughter, Rhonda Pardue; 6 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. A private family graveside service will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Carl Hunsucker officiating at Hamilton Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital at www.stjude.org/donate or 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
