He was a member of Christ Family Church and preceded in death by his daughter, Pat Cannon. Survivors include his wife, Bertha Smith Cannon; son, Danny Allen (Tabatha) Cannon and granddaughter, Sonya Loper. Services will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Quillen Thurman officiating. Burial will follow at Smith Cemetery.
