Geraldine Martin Starnes, 91, of Sale Creek, TN, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2014. She was a member of the Sale Creek Presbyterian Church, the Order of the Eastern Star and the Sale Creek Senior Citizens.
She was the daughter of the late Clyde Forrest Hoffman and Clydie West Hoffman. Her first husband, Roy Nelson Martin also preceded her in death.
Geraldine is survived by her husband, Samuel Starnes; her two sons, Randall Nelson Martin and Van (Regina) Martin; her sister, Patricia Ann Hoffman (Clyde Raymond) Iles; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 31, 2014 at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, with Reverend Phil Evaul officiating. Burial will follow in Welsh-Rogers Cemetery in Sale Creek, TN. Visitation is 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
Her family wants to offer a special thanks to David Zopfi and the Staff and Caregivers at the Courtyard in Dayton, Tennessee for all their love and care.
