December 27, 1949 - July 13, 2013
Kathy Ann Jones Mason, 64, of Hixson, TN, passed away, Saturday, July 13, 2013 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. She was the owner of Kathy’s Creations, a member of the New Salem Baptist Church, an avid motorcycle rider and a graduate of Soddy-Daisy High School Class of 1968. Kathy was a jewelry designer, floral designer and home interior & exterior designer. She also loved to garden and work with her flowers.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, WS & Ada Jones; two sons, Justin & Josh Kell; father, Jasper Jones and a sister, Karen Lynn Davidson.
Survivors include her mother, Roberta Jones of Ooltewah, TN; loving husband, best friend and soul mate, Robert P. “Bobby” Mason; her loving Yorkie, Ebok; daughter, Sirbrenia Lynn Kell; son, Dustin Kenneth (Malissa) Everett of Soddy-Daisy, TN; step-children, Robby (Jennifer) Mason of Hixson, TN, Lori (Davy) Rose of Ringgold, GA; father-in-law, Lee Mason, brother Jackie Jones of Soddy-Daisy, TN and several nieces & nephews.
Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, with Reverend Ted Painter officiating. Burial will follow in Hamilton County Memorial Park. Visitation is Monday from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and after 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
