  [S16] Obituary. December 25, 1930 - April 24, 2013 Jeanette Daughtrey Miller, 82, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. She was retired from DuPont after 30 years of service. She was an active member of Daisy Women’s Club, Soddy-Daisy First Baptist Church and the Welcome Sunday School class. Jeanette was an avid animal lover, a rock of the family and the community, and a friend to many. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil A. Miller; sister, Norma Daughtrey Garrett; parents, Homer and Lucille Daughtrey. Survivors include her sons, Allen (Trina) and Michael (Beth) Miller, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Services will be held on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Lee Griggs and Reverend Doug Duty officiating. Interment will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
