  [S16] Obituary. June 28, 1930 - August 22, 2013 JoAnn Crutchfield, a lifelong resident of Soddy-Daisy, TN, passed away Thursday, August 22, 2013. Ms. Crutchfield was one of the oldest and longest members of the Daisy United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty three years, John J. Crutchfield; parents, Frank and Opal Springfield and a sister, Monteen Norris. She is survived by her children, Tina Stanfield, Tony (Cindi) Crutchfield, Tim (Lisa) Crutchfield; her brother, Bill (Jean) Springfield; grandchildren, Carla, Kanaan, Tracy and Eric and many special nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be 10:30 A.M. Monday, August 26, 2013, graveside, in Chattanooga National Cemetery, with Reverend Don Jones officiating. Visitation is 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
